ABOUT THE PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n EYAE project aims to empower youth towards innovative green agro-technologies and start up business creation as the main driver to achieve food security and employability in an environmental friendly way through NFE methods. ABOUT THE TRAINING COURSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Agenda: The TC will involve youth workers and leaders who participated in the first project TC, aiming to put the green skills developed in the first TC to practice through the creation of their own business plans in their own local communities. The trainers will share best practices and case studies for the young people to achieve practical solutions and knowledge on how to establish their own businesses and maneuver the labor market. Moreover, the young people will study eco-friendly diversified products through study visits to raise the effectiveness. Our target group is the rural youths because we firmly believe that they are the future of the agricultural sector in participating countries.
Objectives of the project are to educate the youths and train them on sustainable agriculture and entrepreneurship, to promote and support Sustainable Agricultural Enterprises, to develop participant\u2019s competences in planning non formal education and intercultural activities and promoting social inclusion of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Methodology: Non Formal Education methods comprising Ice-Breakers, Team Building activities, Roundtables, Simulations, Workshops, Case-Studies, Team-work aimed at producing a specific section of the \u201cEmpowering Youth through Agro- Entrepreneurship\u201d Manual. The manual will contain business models in organic agriculture and case studies realized by the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training course activities will take place in Durr\u00ebs city and its participants will be accommodated in the confortable Hostel Durr\u00ebs. Hostel Durr\u00ebs is a 1930 villa that was completely renovated in 2014. Its location in the heart of the city, at the main square, just across the Main Mosque is the perfect starting point to explore this beautiful city. On a bustling town square near bars and cafes, this relaxed hostel is an 8-minute walk from the 2nd-century Roman Amphitheatre of Durr\u00ebs, 2 km from ferries at the Port of Durr\u00ebs and 24 km from Tirana Airport. The dormitory rooms come with 4 or 6 bunk beds and a shared toilet. At Durres Hostel you will find a 24-hour front desk, a bar, a spacious garden and a terrace. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge, a shared kitchen and luggage storage. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
