Methodology and model for the creation of a register of air pollutant emissions for small and diffuse sources according to the NFR sectors of emission for spatial distribution in a high-resolution grid, in accordance with the EMEP/EEA air pollutant emission inventory guidebook 2019 and the Air Protection Law of the Republika Srpska (Official Gazette of RS numbers 28/7, 41/8, and 29/10);
Preparation of a high-resolution geocoded grid for the areas of the Ugljevik and Gacko municipalities; (100x100 m);
Creation of emission factors specific to Ugljevik and Gacko municipalities;;
Collection of data on traffic volume and vehicle structure in the Ugljevik and Gacko municipalities;
Emission calculation from traffic using COPERT software;
Calculation of air pollutant emissions from all air emission sources (traffic, industry, residential sector, public sector, service sector, etc.) and spatial distribution in a high-resolution grid;
Development of a web-based application for displaying spatial data of the register and creation of a web portal as a unique access and information display system.
