Description:

The project addresses the research component through practical methods and education of rural young people vulnerable to energy poverty in their households, supporting the energy transition in rural areas located in Western Balkan.
The main goal of the Project GETA is to develop tools and new forms of training schemes to empower youth workers to become energy advisors and train rural youth to push for a smart energy transition in rural areas.
Expected results:
- 1 Research report with overall energy poverty challenges in EU and WB.
- 20 youth workers will acquire skills for addressing the energy poverty.
- 1 GETA app, online source is developed
- 50 rural youths will be engaged in local events in testing the GETA app.
